Meet Tim
Born in the United States, Tim grew up in France and the US. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and a Master of Science degree from MIT in the 1970s. He immigrated to Canada in the 1980s and lived for 20 years in western Québec, a period which included raising two children. Tim worked for several companies as a management consultant and profit centre manager during his 38-year professional career, including KPMG from 2011 until retiring in 2016. Much of Tim’s work was as a management and IT consultant to healthcare organizations in Canada and the US. Tim has served as a Director on four corporate boards, as well as the board of the Certified Management Consultants Association of BC. He has volunteered as a wayfinder at LGH since 2017. Tim’s other ongoing volunteer activities include conducting alumni interviews of students applying to Dartmouth, and heading the MIT alumni club of BC. Tim is currently the 1st Vice President of the Auxiliary to the Lions Gate Hospital as well a director for the LGH Foundation.
