Occupational Therapy

The purpose of this service is to provide one-to-one and group assistance, encouragement and verbal support to patients of the Rehabilitation Unit of LGH. Working under the direction of the Occupational Therapy staff, volunteers learn about the interdisciplinary team support provided to maximize patients’ abilities and independence. Two volunteers contributed 93 hours to this program.
